What Time Is NCIS On in Canada? Global's 3-Hour Tuesday Block, New York and Origins

NCIS takes up a whole night of television in fall 2026, and in Canada that night belongs to one channel. Global has all three series on Tuesdays, back to back, in the same order CBS runs them.

That makes this one of the easier American franchises to follow from here. The harder questions are about streaming, and about what happens outside Ontario and British Columbia.

What channel is NCIS on in Canada?

Global. Corus Entertainment's fall release, dated Aug. 13, 2026, puts all three series on Global's Tuesday schedule and calls NCIS the longest running drama franchise on Global primetime.

It isn't on CTV or Citytv, and that's worth saying because CBS shows are split between Canadian networks this year. Survivor is also a Global show, but some other CBS dramas sit with CTV. Our map of US shows to Canadian channels has the full split.

What time is NCIS on in Canada?

8 p.m. on Tuesdays in Eastern and Pacific time. NCIS: New York follows at 9 p.m. and NCIS: Origins closes the night at 10 p.m. Those are the hours in the Corus release, and they match the CBS schedule TVLine published on July 27.

We haven't listed Central, Mountain or Atlantic times. Global's stations in Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton and Halifax set their own evening grids, and a time worked out by subtracting from Toronto is often wrong. Why does Global show NCIS at the same time as CBS?

Because a matching time slot lets Global use simultaneous substitution. When a Canadian station airs the same episode at the same minute as an American one, cable and satellite providers swap in the Canadian feed, ads included.

What is NCIS: New York, and who is in it?

It's the new series in the franchise, and the middle hour of the block. LL Cool J returns as Sam Hanna, the character he played on NCIS: Los Angeles, with Scott Caan opposite him. Corus describes it as the latest expansion of the NCIS universe.

The other two hours are returning shows. CBS's schedule bills Michael Weatherly in Season 24 of NCIS, and Mark Harmon in Season 3 of NCIS: Origins, which has a 10-episode order according to TVLine's report.

How can you stream NCIS in Canada?

Corus points to two routes. STACKTV and the Global TV App both carry Global's shows, and Corus says they can be watched at any time. The app runs on phones, Chromecast, Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV and Samsung and LG smart TVs, and there's a browser version at watch.globaltv.com.

American guides will tell you to use Paramount+. That advice describes the US service, where CBS shows stream as part of the same company. The Canadian release for this season names STACKTV and the Global TV App, so those are the two we can stand behind.

Is NCIS: Sydney part of the Tuesday block?

Not this fall. CBS has NCIS: Sydney down for midseason, with a 10-episode fourth season that takes over the hour NCIS: Origins holds in the fall. Corus's fall release covers the three series above and doesn't date a Canadian return for Sydney.

So the block is likely to change shape in the new year, at least on CBS.

What else is on Canadian TV on Tuesday nights?
